Rollers Bushings Sleeves Seals

Nyrim is an ideal material for Rollers, Bushings, Sleeves and Seals for demanding applications where impact loading occurs.

Nyrim rollers can be manufactured with or without steel inserts.

The steel insert provides the dimensional accuracy required for fitting bearings etc. while the Nyrim material can be optimized for the particular application, for example a high elastomer Nyrim 4000 can be used for Alpine applications with a service temperature down to -40^oC.

Nyrim bushings or sleeves can be manufactured with a lubricant incorporated into the Nyrim material, resulting in excellent wear and sliding properties.
